Couples Nutrition Support

With Registered Dieittians

Trying to make changes while navigating real life, real schedules, real cravings, and another human with opinions about what to eat for dinner. We see you. This is why we offer couples nutrition appointments. Because support can matter. Accountability can help. And sometimes, you’re simply better together.

Our registered dietitians help couples and family members work toward healthier habits together while still providing personalized recommendations tailored to each person.

How Couples Nutrition Appointments Work

Couples appointments are designed for two people attending together.

That could look like:

  • spouses or couples working toward shared health goals

  • one person wanting support while the other wants to learn how to better support them

  • two people trying to create healthier routines together

  • people sharing meals but having different nutrition needs

During your appointment, your dietitian will help identify both shared opportunities and individualized strategies.

Because real life nutrition is rarely one-size-fits-all.

One of you may want weight loss support. The other may be focused on digestive health, cholesterol, diabetes, emotional eating, sports nutrition, or simply figuring out meals that work for both of you.

You can absolutely have different goals.

Why Work Together?

Sometimes the person beside you is your biggest support system. Sometimes they’re also the person ordering Skip the Dishes when you want to cook a healthy meal.

Both can be true.

When you’re sharing meals, groceries, routines, or family life, nutrition changes often affect more than one person. Couples nutrition appointments can help create:

✔ shared accountability
✔ practical meal and grocery strategies
✔ healthier routines that work for real life
✔ clearer communication around food and goals
✔ individualized support for each person
✔ less “what are we eating tonight?” stress

You don’t need to be perfectly aligned. You just need a starting place.

Working together doesn’t mean eating the exact same way or having identical goals. It means building goals, routines, and strategies that support both of you, while still receiving personalized recommendations tailored to your individual health, conditions, preferences, and goals.

Personalized Nutrition Support for Both of You

Working together does not mean receiving identical advice.

You will still receive personalized recommendations based on your own goals, health history, preferences, and lifestyle.

Your goals might include:

  • weight management

  • healthier eating habits

  • diabetes or blood sugar support

  • cholesterol or heart health

  • digestive health

  • emotional eating

  • meal planning

  • family nutrition support

  • improving energy, routines, or relationship with food

Some goals may overlap. Some may be completely different. Our job is helping you make both work in real life.
