- Are your services covered by insurance?
Most extended health benefit plans cover dietitian services. Check with your insurance to determine your coverage. We are please to offer direct billing to our clientele!
- Are your services covered by Alberta Health Services (AHS)?
Our services are not covered by AHS. However, many extended health benefit plans include coverage for registered dietitian services. These services are also eligible as a tax-deductible medical expense.
- Can you help with a specific condition or goal?
Absolutely. Our team has expertise in areas such as digestive health, weight management, diabetes, heart health, women’s health, and sports nutrition. We’ll match you with the dietitian best suited to your needs. You can also visit our Dietitian Match to find a dietitian who specializes in your area of interest.
- How do I book an appointment?
You can easily book an appointment online on our booking page or by calling our office 1-825-474-6633.
- How much does it cost to see a dietitian?
Many clients pay little out of pocket through our direct billing services. An initial consultation is $190, and follow-up or meal plan sessions are $165.
- What should I expect in my first session?
Your initial session will involve an in-depth assessment where we discuss your health history, dietary habits, and goals. From there, we develop a personalized plan to set you on a path toward better health.
- Is a doctor's referral required?
No referral is needed to see a registered dietitian. You can book directly online or call our office to schedule an appointment.
- How often should I see a dietitian?
This depends on your personal goals and needs. Most clients benefit from bi-weekly sessions, while this is flexible and personalized to the client. During your first consultation, we can determine the frequency that will best support your journey.

- Do you work with couples and families?
Yes. We offer couples and family appointments. Simply select this option when booking your appointment online.
- Can you direct bill for couples and family appointments?
Yes. You can upload multiple insurance policies for direct billing. We will coordinate and split the session fee to help maximize your coverage and ensure it aligns with each insurance plan’s guidelines.
- Do you service clients outside of Edmonton?
Yes. Our team of registered dietitians provides virtual nutrition counselling to clients across Canada.
