My Story
I’ve experienced firsthand the powerful impact that nutrition can have on our physical and mental well-being. Growing up, I loved cooking, baking, and connecting with loved ones by sharing new recipes. Unfortunately, as a young female athlete competing in figure skating, I developed a challenging relationship with food and was unable to adequately fuel my training. At that time, I had the opportunity to work with a Registered Dietitian who helped me to regain my energy and strength and rediscover the joy of food. This experience improved both my athletic performance and mental well-being. The positive impact this dietitian had on my life, along with my passion for food, ultimately led me to pursue a career as a dietitian.
I now have the privilege of working as a Registered Dietitian, empowering clients to optimize their health and live their best lives, fuelled by solid nutrition. One of the most rewarding parts of my career is watching clients adopt a balanced mindset and implement healthy nutrition habits that are both sustainable and delicious.
My approach to nutrition is grounded in the belief that small changes can have a big impact. In order for these habits to last, they must be realistic and meaningful to you. I am dedicated to understanding your goals and unique needs, working with you to create a customized plan that sets you up for success.
