My Story

My passion for nutrition grew from my own experience managing IBS. Living with digestive challenges taught me just how overwhelming and frustrating it can be to figure out what works for your body. But through trial, learning, and the discovery of the Low FODMAP diet, I found relief, and with that relief came a sense of control over my health that I hadn’t thought possible.

Understanding the deep connection between the brain and gut played a huge role in my journey. It’s what fuels my desire to support others dealing with complex conditions like digestive disorders, eating disorders, and emotional challenges tied to food. I know firsthand how small, meaningful adjustments can create lasting change, and I want to help others feel that same sense of empowerment and ease with food choices.

Now, as a dietitian, I focus on providing evidence-based care tailored to each person’s needs, meeting them exactly where they are. Whether you’re exploring gut health solutions, working toward sustainable weight loss, or navigating eating disorders and emotional eating, my goal is to help you build confident food choices that support lifelong well-being.
